Through OTP, participants will receive assistance with hands-on training in janitorial services, job development, and job coaching that can lead to them obtaining valuable skills, positive work habits, and effective job retention abilities that can prepare them to be an asset in any competitive work environment.
The Landing and Serenity Cottage are safe and supportive environments for the participants of the Community Recovery Program (CRP). The goal of each residence is to create a community of individuals who are committed to recovery, an environment that will assist in the reduction of relapse, and a place that will provide continued support for the residents. It is a drug-free environment. The low cost will allow the members to prepare for the next phase of their lives.
Individual case management services where the focus is on assisting individuals obtain/maintain sobriety and linkage to employment opportunities by collaborating with local workforce development programs, human services programs, and employers.
Provide safe and reliable transportation to employment-related appointments and training.
